Absolute crap company, I'm currently filing a lawsuit against them for defamation because they like to tamper with things on the website and are resentful little children. They give you attitude when you asked for what you purchased. Struggle to get my domain and are deleting reviews after I got it.

I purchased a resume from this company in 2019 -- in 2021 they charged my credit card an additional $1800. I've attempted to contact their call center/billing department who stated they do not see this transaction.

After dealing with my bank, they provided a false email stating that I approved this transaction.

This company and their subsidiaries are not to be trusted and are an absolute scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I believe this company is a criminal enterprise. They are also known as Creative Company and Sketch Profs. Creative Company made a $2,500 unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. When I protested the transaction, Uptown Logo Design provided a fake receipt, fake transaction and activity logs and fake emails supporting the charge to my account. It was an elaborate and thorough fraud. I'm sure they've used similar fabricated documents before with other people they've ripped off. I reported them to the FTC and FBI.

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL LIE AND TRICK YOU
This company will lie and deceive you to get your money. They are happy to tell you that your product will have 100% satisfaction guarantee, but what they don'e tell you is that as soon as you start your process of revision, you can't get a refund no matter how dissatisfied you are.

They won't tell you about the $3.75 foreign transaction charge and they won't tell you that you only have the first impression to make your decision whether or not you want to work with their company.

They will charge your payment first and do what ever it takes to lock that money down. Even if that means rushing a revision without telling you that starting this process will invalidate your return policies.

If you want to work with this company, you better be sure you can understand them, and it's quite difficult given their accents, and that you already have a basic idea of a logo in mind. If you can't do either one of these, you just lost that $150-$700 they tricked you into paying.

RUN AWAY from this company! Supposedly located in California. They sold me a package to design the branding, website, and social media for my company for $1500.00. "EVERYTHING" for $1500.00. Have paid over $6000.00 and I have NO control over the material I paid for. They send you everything in formats you cannot use or convert. They want to keep a hold of you to keep asking for money!!!!!! NEVER send anything to print through them!!! Ordered some business cards and brochures and have never received the brochures. To this day I have not received a single invoice or receipt of anything of what I have paid, including the design of the logo, the purchase of the domain and many other things. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

These guys told me nothing but lies. I paid for copyright and then they came back and said another company is going to copyright my logo unless I pay more money. This was back in 2018 then they called me in 2020 threatening saying that some other company is going to trademark my company unless I pay more money. NOW 2023 they emailed me saying g the same thing... Do not get your logo from this company they are dishonest...

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Save your money and time, and do NOT entrust UpTown to handle any of your business needs!

It’s been nearly 6 months since they started designing my website, and still, I have nothing to show for it. After numerous phone calls to Jerry and Randolph, and texting with a manager named Chris, who all promised me results within a matter of days, have failed me. I am not sure how they stay in business, as their customer service and work ethic are absolutely poor and mismanaged.

Someone else in here mentioned a class action lawsuit, and I am more than happy to partake in that! I will be calling my lawyer next week as well, as I’ve put over $1,000 into having them develop my website, and still I have nothing, I can’t even get a call or email returned. I will also be calling the BBB on Monday, to report UpTown.

I would hate to see anyone else get taken advantage of by this poor excuse for a company. So please, if you are still contemplating using this so called business, do your research first, I really wish I would have! I can’t even tell you how many days and hours I’ve spent on just tracking someone down to talk to. Even when you do get a hold of someone, it seems as if everyone there likes to cut you off mid sentence. I have never seen a business so disrespectful and unprofessional!

Company is the biggest SCAM ever. Slow turnaround times and the logos that they give you are nothing like what you request. They are simply here to take your money and have no interest in giving you usable logo. When I asked for my money back all I got was the run around. Take you money and find a real company to do your logo design because this company is joke!
