Today was my first time visiting. I got an email about a promo which brought me in, I was waiting for a few minutes as there was an associate helping someone else, but no one in the store.

I had a moment to further look at their menu and found some promotions on their paper menu on the counter, so was getting ideas on what all I could find and make full use of my discount.

When I finally was assisted, the associate seemed kind of out of it, and I understand the nature of the business, but during business hours we would expect full attention to business needs.

If I, as a customer am expressing interest in a certain strain, and would like a lot of it, and perhaps it's only available in pre-rolls, instead of me just leaving with one, maybe you could help me get a bulk discount like other stores I'm familiar with have?

That would be a specific for instance. Help me find the most benefit for my money and I will return to you.

When I feel as if you do not know your product, specials, inventory, and it seems as if I'm an inconvenience to you, I'm sorry to have wasted our time.

I won't go in to all the details as it was the store manager who saved this sale, so they're aware. But as a customer who really wanted to go wild and spend money, I thought that would be an ideal dream customer situation, not a nightmare.

Kudos to the manager for saving the sale from a absolute negative zero review to slightly below average.

This is my favorite store to visit. Everyone here is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Today I had a great experience with Mallory. She had a very friendly personality . She was very knowledgeable and she went above and beyond to really help me find everything that I needed. Mallory did an excellent job helping me today!!!!

Called customer service to change my order from pick up to delivery. Couldn’t talk to store, was told they would call me whenever? No timeline given, just they will call and was advised it could be days. Weeks possibly before they would deliver my order. As a dedicated customer that buys all my products from them, THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I have never shopped at any other company but that changes today. Can’t stay with a company that doesn’t care about me.

Drake was super helpful and the best budtender I’ve ever had. Trulieve has the best flower and such good vibes. I definitely will be coming back.

Whole flower is actually mini buds. Mini buds are actually shake. They ignore walk-ins until a small crowd has amassed. Orders will be cancelled without notification. No substitutes will be suggested. Stoner store, not a dispensary. Buy cheap weed and go home.

This was the best experience in a dispensary I've ever had! Cain was the gentleman who helped me out, and he was absolutely helpful! Very informative and very nice. Definitely recommend Trulieve and definitely recommend cain as the person to help you! -sara massie ( doesn't have a Google account )

I love Trulieve but this location is the worst trulieve I’ve been to. The workers are always rude and never helpful. I had new customer discounts but gave me a hard time saying I couldn’t use them. I haven’t seen a young face working here in a while. Rude rushy and not helpful

Second review. I purchased a higher end $60 1/8. When I went to open it as soon as I got in my car the seal was broken wide open. I purchased the same exact stuff from the Niceville store(where I live). There was one small bud that looked the same as the stuff I purchased from Niceville. The rest of the bud in the container it’s way lighter and even tastes different. I’m 1000% positive some switched the bud with one of their cheaper buds. Heck your stuff as soon as you get it especially if it’s on the higher end. And If you get a container that’s not sealed demand it gets swapped out for one that’s sealed.
I live an hour away and ordered for delivery 4/18 at 6:45 a. Never got a call to schedule. So I called 3 times in 2 weeks to find out why. If you order for delivery you get bumped for people who come in the office. If someone is paying for delivery it should be treated the same as if they are in the office. you have someone with a disability who has trouble getting places and you just bump them. That ain’t right. The order is placed you set in aside it’s not that hard of a concept. When I placed the order it showed everything was there in stock and then they sold what I order to someone else. Not everyone can make an hour drive to your office.
