We're in 2024, and your bus times are a joke, especially for Sundays, because we all enjoy standing out in the cold for an hour in the cold for a ride that's typically under 10 minutes. At least in NYC, we have the subway to stay warm in. I'm sorry, but just because people were born from here, doesn't mean we should be forced to freeze without heaters at the stops, too. Chicago does it. Maybe we shouldn't spend $850 million tax payer dollars on a Bills stadium, and put our money towards real big people adult priorities, but y'all would probably break out in hives, or rabies, whichever comes first, because "Go Bills" lol

Your team sucks, most of the people here suck with the toxic individuality all around the city, and this city's metro system sucks. And a lot of your drivers are rude, and shouldn't be working with the public, but y'all aren't ready for that conversation, and it shows.

i’m so tired of the 12 bus from niagara near the water just wants to sit outside 5-10 minutes until after your bus time passes they just had me freezing outside!!!!! YALL NEED TO DIX THIS WHY ATE YOUR DRIVERS JUST SITTING AT STOPS NOT DOING THEIR JOBBBBBB!?!?!

#11 bus was supposed to show up at 8:29am (I'm down here 10/08/24) and the same 6 buses have been parked alongside each other for the past 35-40 minutes the times are never correct & the ones in charge never know what the hell is going on with anything who the hell is making sure these drivers arrive 60+ minutes late to the stops their supposed to be at making everyone late to work as usual?

You failed NFTA. Your machine took my $5 bill and your manager Chris, at the Metro Transportation center in downtown Buffalo didn't make matters any better. I understand that you guys have a process to validate claims. It was $5 and I had to visit you twice, and still my issue in unresolved. I honestly don't believe that I should have to be inconvenienced by Your poorly maintained machinery. It seems Ludacris that you would want bad public relations over a $5, yet here we are.

My suggestion to anyone who is thinking about riding this Transportation is get the app and pay on the app. It is more reliable than the poorly maintained kiosks which take your cash.

The $5 was not as important as the principle of this. You might want to revisit your policies.

Am I just used to more modern and reliable public transport? Because this seems antiquated and less than efficient.
Where to start?
1.) you cannot auto-bill a credit card and keep a monthly pass so you don’t have to go and buy a monthly pass every month. It seems like a simple recurring payment. It is like the 1980’s. What am I not understanding?
2) The buses run on a not so frequent basis. Why? Seems like there are ample riders. I admit I don’t understand the budgetary issue, but it seems….
3) Back to the 80’s. I could be wrong here, but I do not think there is a way to track the buses in real time. As I sit here in the rain typing this review as the bus was supposed to have arrived 6 min ago. I got out here 5 min early just in case.
I missed the bus 1/2 hr ago because as I was waiting in rain and 5 min after the buses arrival time I walked back home out of the rain. Then as I walked in the driveway I see the bus go by 7 minutes late.
Just got on the next bus now and it is as 6 min late. I asked the driver if the times have changed and he said no, just running late. Fair enough.

The one bright spot is, with the exception of a few grumpy drivers, the drivers are good.

4) WAIT! Another one. I just went to the website to find out if I could find a ‘real time tracker’ AND ok, don’t call me the smartest guy you know, but I am not that stupid either. I can’t come close to understanding the bus schedule for the route I take. My stop is nowhere to be found. Nor the next stop.

Polite suggestion: Hire someone that had a better understanding of modern technology. i.e. IT person.

Buffalo, don’t do this to yourself!
