Hearing tests are very stressful. Kirsten explained all the options and issues clearly and went over my results in detail. She also went out of her way to adjust my hearing aid without a second appointment! Very helpful and considerate.

The Audiologist was excellent. She was professional, pleasant and friendly. She was patient even taking the time to go over the exam again when I told her I may have imagined a few of the beeps. She went over the results in a way I understood and my copy was printed out for me before I left. A pleasant experience in a well run facility. Happy Holidays to you.

Kiersten Dudman was great!
She was both thorough & informative about the hardware we were using and AP overall.
She was also knowledgeable about supports, specifically for pediatric cases and in-school accommodations.

The only thing that I found unsettling during my visit was that an audiology student or intern (shadowing practitioners) was permitted to “sit-in” on our appointment, without my having been asked if I was comfortable with it (It was a visit for a minor— so I’m not sure it was totally appropriate.)

In addition to that, the intern’s presence was a bit intrusive: entering the office 12-15 minutes after our appointment began; speaking over our provider; seemingly oblivious to the dynamics in the (very small) room—

Other than that, it is one of the better audiologists in NYC, a well-kept office with professional staff!

She was professional and very clear with explanations about my hearing aid capabilities and functions. Also she helped my make the aids compatible with my cellphone which I used right after my visit. I'm very pleased!
