I have had a number of issues with my hearing aids that were almost 3 years old and I chose Jax Audiology even though it was a 1/2 away and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Leslie took a lot time helping me to be able to hear decently. She sent my hearing aids back to the manufacturer just prior to the warranty ending. Leslie is a great listener and enjoys helping people.

Dr. Leslie is wonderful, honest, warm, and caring. She resolved the problem by replacing the receivers on my Oticon hearing aids and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing new aids. I strongly recommend her and I'm so happy I found her for my future needs. 5 stars for her!!!!!

Dr Leslie is so nice and makes the hearing test very easy. Then she showed my hearing on the graph, gave me a trial pair of the hearing aides, put the amazing app on my phone and taught me all I needed before I left for a 2 week trial. She makes the process stress-free. Susan

Dr Newmeyer is terrific! Definitely recommend. She was able to fit in my husband, as well as me for the same appointment. The hearing test was extremely thorough and she explained the results and how they differed from our previous tests (from another provider, several years ago.) She explained the different types of hearing aids and hearing aid domes and told us how they worked (and why mine were completely different from my husband's.) She showed us all the features that were available, and showed us the features of the associated hearing aid app. She took the time to ensure we were comfortable with the fit and new hearing patterns. She explained price ranges for different options. Can't wait til next week when we order the new ones.

I've never known a more customer-focused doctor. Dr. Leslie asks questions and listens to the answers. Dr. Leslie reprogrammed my hearing aid for changes that had occurred over several years. She is very friendly and comforting and seems to know what she's doing. The most thorough hearing test I've ever had.
Dr. Newmeyer is very patient and I feel that she listened to every one of my many questions. Never rushing me or pushing. After a very generous trial period of some aids, I settled on one.. and after only just a few visits to adjust the settings I'm loving my hearing aids.
I had no idea how bad my hearing had become and all the things I was totally missing. Now I can hear AND understand my kids again!
