Integrity, professionalism, and kindness all in this shop. felt like stepping into a capable and friendly mechanic shop of years gone by. The other drivers in my family reported that our Subaru has never driven better than after having the tires rotated here.
Had no idea that getting the tires rotated would be such a highlight of the day! Lovely.

I needed to fix a broken power steering hose that was leaking all over. Turns out to have destroyed the pump as well. These guys were honest about what needed fixing and prompt as well. The facility is clean and professional feeling. I really like that they have a fair priced diagnostic fee(80$) that they will wave if you do the work with them. My car came back to me in much better shape than when I brought it in. Happy customer right here, I will return to do more work in the future. Thank you Robert and Jesus!!

Gills Point S tire & auto was recommended to me. It was an awesome experience. All the mechanics were very nice and informative. I was in and out in a little over a half hour. They even did some free service for me. I went in for an oil change and it cost me $30 dollars less than anywhere else.

Had my oil changed here when I got new tires. About a month later I realized that I was losing a lot of oil and then started having issues from that. I took the car back that I was leaking oil like crazy and was told that well some cars with higher mileage just start to have issues like this, My vehicle only had 140,000 and has been well kept over the years. I took the car home and started into it my self. Turns out that they had installed an oil filter and it was not designed for my car. This was the soul reason that my car started leaking oil.This caused several other issues in which I learned to fix. Waste of time and money coming to this business, not to mention how unethical it is to tell someone that they need a new motor or to scrap the vehicle, when you clearly have no idea what you are doing. Hope this helps with your decision not to trust and support this business. Go to a professional which is not here!

Everyone at Gill’s are so kind and quick to take care of my car’s tire needs. Most recent was a quick fix for a close to flat tire…remove a screw and repair the hole and made sure all four were at the correct inflation levels. When it’s time for new tires they definitely have my business!

Oh man, this shop is lucky to have such a stand-up guy like Robert working for them! Didn't catch his last name, but I believe he said he is the assistant manager. Here's me on a Friday night, less than an hour before closing time, with a dang screw in my tire... I made a phone call and Robert jumped in the service rig and drove immediately to my rescue.

In less than an hour, he had my flat tire removed, taken back to the shop, replaced with a slightly used tire, and put back on my car. I recently bought these tires new from Point S in La Pine, and Robert even went above and beyond while he was back at his shop changing my tire, and called the La Pine shop on my behalf.

There was apparently some kind of mix-up with the type of warranty I was sold, so he made sure the talk with them, clear up the confusion, and let them know I would be into the La Pine shop on Monday to get a new tire. He also explained what I need to carry in my rig to avoid a similar situation in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Robert. Friendly, extremely helpful, fast, efficient, and just plain above and beyond. The world would be a much better place with a lot more Roberts in it... Give this man a raise! I mean it! Merry Christmas, and thanks again!

Great service! I pulled up at 5:15pm on a Friday, with a spare tire and a wheel that needed to be put together. They were closing in 15 minutes and I didn't have any appointment. Timidly asked if it was even slightly possible to do what I needed. The service guy said "Of course! Let's get 'er done!" Less than
10 minutes later he was loading my newly mounted tire into my trunk, NO CHARGE! I'll be back here for all my tire and alignment needs from now on!
