Best experience I have ever had at an imaging facility and mostly because of the front desk personnel! The lady who helped me over the phone with insurance authorization and scheduling was so nice and friendly, which is not typical for people having to deal with insurance! When I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and friendly conversation from the ladies at the front desk. Everyone there was respectful and professional. They were even understanding about me having my daughter with me. The facility was clean and had good equipment. Will use them for any needs in the future!

I have claustrophobia issues since a neck surgery a few years back thus making MRI very impossible. DIS in Covington was the only place on the north shore that had an open MRI machine which made them a bit more comfortable. But now they have this wonderful machine that is truly open and I have no anxiety at all about MRIs! And the staff are very supportive and accommodating to my medical conditions. They’re friendly and kind. I cannot say enough good things about them. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Scheduling and getting in touch with anyone prior to my appointment was a headache. On the day of my appointment the front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. The MRI techs were wonderful. Thankful the second half of my experience was better than the first.

The office staff and the technicians are wonderful. However, getting an appointment for services at DIS is exasperating. The particular offices. Do not keep their own schedules. You have to go through a central scheduling area somewhere I think in New Orleans. I had to have three separate test done that I would have liked to have done at one location at one time. If I could have spoken to someone at the only location, I would have gone to they could have figured out when they could have put the two together, but I dealt with the central location and never quite knew At one time.

WOW!! staff was friendly, and professional! Facility was clean and well lit, minimal paperwork. I believe I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend "DIS"!!!
