I recently had the pleasure of working with BuildTX Solutions and their team for a complete home renovation that was triggered by a devastating flood caused by the December 2022 winter storm. I want to share a story about the incredible BuildTX team. My wife and I had been considering remodeling our home for a couple of years. Every contractor we met with gave us the same spiel: "Yes, we can do that, no problem," followed by a vague quote that seemed unrealistic.

Then we saw an ad for BuildTX and booked a consultation with Daniella. From the moment she arrived, we felt a sense of ease we hadn't experienced with any other contractor. She listened to our ideas, offered constructive feedback, and we knew we had found the right team. BuildTX handles everything in-house—plans, construction, and design—which was exactly what we were looking for. These women are incredibly talented, and we knew we had to work with them.

When our project started, we were a bit of a challenge, trying to finalize a scope that worked for us. They patiently revised our designs three times before we made a decision. Once the project kicked off, we were pleasantly surprised by their use of an app that provided weekly picture updates, complete transparency into the schedule of all subcontractors, and centralized communication and billing. If you've ever been through a construction project, you know how crucial good communication is. With BuildTX, it was never an issue—they were always on top of it, keeping us updated.

They budgeted a five-month timeline and, even with 2-3 change orders, they met the completion date. The entire experience was incredible. Sure, there were some hiccups—every project has them—but it's how they handled those hiccups that made all the difference. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for a build or remodel. If I were to build a home today, I would give them the project and just tell them to call us when it's done—that's how good they are.

Don't bother inquiring about home renovations if you live in Duncanville. Even though this Dallas company will take jobs in Arlington, they will not consider a job South of Dallas.
Doesn't make any sense to me.
