Christine is an incredibly talented interior designer with an impeccable eye for detail. Her aesthetic is effortlessly beautiful, with a refined sense of taste that brings a true luxury feel to every space she designs. As a photographer, I had the pleasure of capturing her work, and I would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-end, sophisticated design!

Christine did a phenomenal job helping me furnish and decorate my condo within a fairly tight budget. She spent time with me getting to know my taste and absolutely nailed the final product. There are so many cookie-cutter designers out there who have a single style that they apply to all clients, and Christine is not one of them. The work she did for me was inventive and edgy and she presented me with ideas and items that I would have never purchased on my own, but somehow they fit so perfectly with the space. Other than her knack for interior design and creative talent, she was very well organized and professional. She was responsive via email and over the phone and used a single platform for sharing ideas and for the final deliverable. I've since recommended her to several people, and would absolutely work with her again on future projects. Thanks so much, Christine!

Christine and Jeannie have shady business tactics and are terrible project managers.
1. They charged me hourly for their work selecting furniture and also took the designer discount on the furniture as commission, and charged me a storage + freight fee because they got the furniture delivered to their warehouse instead of my house. If this doesn't sound crazy to you, imagine paying non member pricing for restoration hardware furniture + paying Christine $200+ an hour to select the furniture + a 25% freight fee (when in reality RH delivers and installs furniture to your house). An RH membership is pretty much free and gets you a 25% discount on very expensive furniture - no reputable design company should EVER pocket the membership discount unless they are not charging hourly.
2. They handled the contractors for the work done to my home and hired painters that charged 100k and after a month the paint is peeling in random places throughout the house. If you put a piece of scotch tape on the wall and pull it off the paint will peel off. The painters promised to patch up any spots but do not return my calls or texts.
3. Their design work is mid, they have a decent portfolio of work but they for the rates they charge my project should have turned out much much better.

If you speak with them Christine will yap about how they will help you "budget engineer" your project and give you multiple options of different price points you can pick but they will charge you so many hours you might as well have went high end on everything. I paid them more than all the contractor work and furniture and I know they overbilled hours throughout the whole process. Stay away, there's much better/non shady designers in Austin.
