I'd like to give a big shoutout to Audicus employees for their patience and willingness to help. They literally spent hours on the phone answering and explaining any questions I had. They helped me get things set up. As for the hearing aids, the $2,000 they cost have been well worth it, so far. We got them for my dad. He's had them for nearly two weeks.

I have had my Omni 2 hearing aids for a few weeks. I wear them at least 9 to 12 hours per day. I am very pleased with the hearing aids and the support system. The support team's responses to my questions are timely and thorough.

I have hiked, biked and played golf, and the hearing aids have stayed put. I have been able to lower the sound on my TV 25% since the day I started wearing the hearing aids.

My only experience with Audicus is online but I just want to say that they are amazing. The hearing test was easy to take (my last one was outdated) and the customer service lady who set me up with my hearing aids was so sweet. I was born severely HoH and have never owned hearing aids before. I never thought I'd be able to because of how expensive they are. Thanks to the Premier plan, I was able to afford hearing aids. And the hearing aids work wonderfully.

Great company, great hearing aids and wonderful customer support. Much better quality than the name brands that I tried and one third the cost. The Clara is a quality hearing aid. The customer support was wonderful. when you get your aids you are assigned a hearing specialist. Mine was Samantha. She was very knowledge and very helpful. At one point I sent my aids back for reprogramming for my special needs. It was very quick only 5 days from the time i mailed them. They added 5 days to my 30 day trial period. I'm very satisfied with the Clara aids. They are high quality and have improved my hearing. Don't be afraid to purchase from Audicus. The hearings aids are high quality and customer service is excellent as is their money back guarantee.

I have been a Audicus customer for over 5 years and have had the best experience with them. They have provided me a set of hearing aids that work great. I tried some $7,000 + hearing aids from a local Dr and I like the Audicus Clara better. They just make my hearing better. The customer service is fantastic, always with a great attitude and very helpful. They are very prompt to provide what ever I need. I also have to credit who ever does their Tech support. When I call they immediately know who I am and don’t waste my time providing information I had provided in the past. Why can’t everyone do that?

Audicus is the best place to get hearing aids! My hearing aids had to be replaced but the cost was too much to get the same quality again. I found Audicus online. They have a payment plan AND the hearing aids are of the same quantity. The price is very affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUDICUS!!
