I had a smooth and hassle-free experience at the service center. I went in for an oil change, but they also performed a multipoint inspection and provided a video link to review the work they did and any issues they found. Frustrating experience, I bought a vehicle, felt frustrated that the chrome trimmings were spray painted. On a car that costs 110k, it seems absurd that they would sell it knowing the trimmings were spray painted. Also sold me the car with a screw in the tire and didn’t get the tire in for like 6 days after I bought the car.

Right after I get in the car to drive it off the lot, the service light comes on saying there is a recall on the starter. Frustrated that wasn’t performed before selling the vehicle.

I reached out to the email below with no response. I went to the dealership and they told me Will does not work there, but this is just an automated reply you do to all reviews.

I’ve added a photo of the terrible loaner provided.

I dropped my car off on Friday 12/20 and still do not have it back after what I was told would take 24 hours.
