Tony worked out great for my project. He is very responsive with returning calls, getting the project started and navigating the maze of the county planning/permitting.
Here is the back story, the project was a 16x22 shop/man cave. I was under the impression that it was a simple project. Tony said yes, But, there is more to this when dealing with the county. He came up with complete drawings/details/specs that eased the process with the county. Tony, thanks for your professorial help.

Tony is a rock star. I'm a retired contractor with decades of residential and commercial experience, and we hired Tony to do the working drawings for our new home. Building projects are complex, and as everyone knows, often take longer and cost more than anticipated. All of this can be stressful, so hiring a great drafts person really matters. We had an awful experience with another draftsman who was recommended by a well intentioned architecture firm before we found Tony. We used Tony to help create plans for a home addition. We couldn’t find an architect in the area to give us the time of day, everyone is so backlogged here in Sonoma County….it was a blessing in disguise. Tony was extremely affordable, super knowledgeable about building codes and the permitting process. He guided us through the entire process. Please do not look any further! Hire Tony, period. We just received our permit for an additional bathroom (new construction) that we are adding to our home. The town approved the plans on the first try! When does that happen? Although he advertises as a drafting service, his skillset and plans are that of an architect, and yes, at an affordable price. We could not have had a smoother experience from start to finish. Although he was busy with other projects, it always felt like we were his top priority and routinely available. He went out of his way to accommodate us, listened to our needs, and offered very helpful insights with very fast turn arounds. Tony is simply a super kind, creative, humble guy. He utilizes modern software giving you a 3D preview of what the space will look like before he starts to create the actual blueprints. At the end of the day you want a product that works. Not one of the various contractors, including the building department, had a concern or question about Tony's first draft that he submitted to us.
